Fanny, during the last couple of years as NAR (National Association of Realtors) Faculty, has been teaching CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) courses internationally to real estate professionals in Northern America and Asia. In addition she has been a regular contributor of Chinese articles to a monthly real estate magazine, for 20+ years and an occasional guest on Radio & TV shows.
